Provide employee relations support all staff

Maintain personnel records, administering leave, sickness, absence records, etc.

Initiate and implement employee satisfaction survey

Handle grievances issues, disciplinary action

Ensure equitable application of HR policies and procedures in promotion, allowances and benefits

Ensure immediate productivity of new staff through proper introduction and induction programs

Follow up all issues related to employee relations and assure that they are completed and recorded promptly

Recruitment and Selection

Set the long-term recruitment strategy in line with company’s business needs

Design and develop Annual Recruitment and Manpower Planning

Establish and maintain strong relationship with leading recruitment agencies to ensure rapid fullfilment of The company needs

Advice and report on vacancies, plan internal manpower needs and about recruitment market trends

Ensure immediate productivity of new staff through proper introduction and induction programs

Supervise recruitment of senior staff to ensure good fit with management team and positive match with company’s mission and vision Design, train and implement competencies based interview and recruitment program (CBI)

Design job classification/evaluation system

Conduct compensation and Benefits studies and surveys

Design and develop HR Policies that complement company’s mission and vision

Compare Industry avarage income (per title, per task and per outcome
